Using podman through Ansible

Podman is a new container launching technology, that allows you to manage OCI containers on a Linux System.  It is based on the Docker CLI, and implements most of the Docker functionality, along with a lot of other features.

Ansible is an open-source software provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment tool.  There have been a few projects written in Ansible to work with Docker containers including:

I would like to duplicate the functionality in the docker_container_module to work with Podman. The contributor would end up learning a lot about Podman and Linux Containers as well as learning about Ansible and Remote Configuration Management.  Most of the work would be done in Python, but their could be some work in GoLang.
