Peter Santhanam recently retired from IBM Research after 41 years, during which he held leadership positions in software engineering, AI technology, and open AI advocacy. On behalf of the AI Alliance, he is currently leading the NAIRR Deep Partnership Project, “Open Source Cloud Platform, Models & Tools,” supported by IBM, Red Hat, and the Mass Open Cloud.
