Ivan Nečas is the Senior Principal Software Engineer, technical lead/architect for the “Connected Customer Experience” initiative, with Red Hat over 10 years. He was previously active in a local Ruby community (including leading a Ruby course at FI MUNI for several years) and led multiple bachelor and master theses at the university. During the last few years, his primary focus has been exploring the use of product health data from our products to improve (directly or indirectly) the experience of our products for our customers.
