Mania Abdi

PhD student, Northeastern University

Mania Abdi is a PhD student in Northeastern University’s Khoury College of Computer Sciences, advised by Professor Peter Desnoyers. Abdi researches and improves the performance of data applications by caching data. Before joining Northeastern, Abdi worked as a system software engineer for seven years, focusing on device drivers and kernel module design. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science from Amirkabir University of Technology, and her Master’s of Science from Sharif University of Technology.
