Toke Høiland-Jørgensen is a Principal Kernel Engineer at Red Hat working on the networking stack in general and XDP in particular. He holds a PhD in computer science on the topic of network performance, and has a special focus on ensuring low network latency. He has contributed numerous improvements to the Linux networking stack in this area, many of them related to queue management.
