Frey Alfredsson

PhD student

Frey Alfredsson received his MSc in Computer Science from Reykjavik University, Iceland. He is currently a PhD student at the Department of Computer Science at Karlstad University. His PhD studies’ primary focus is computer networking, with an emphasis on programmable networks involving XDP and BPF. Frey’s previous work was in storage technologies and operating systems related to SSDs and NVMe. His research interest lies in operating systems and systems-related topics.
He enjoys photography, flying airplanes, and cooking too much food in his free time.
