Red Hat Insights is included as part of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Subscription and helps proactively identify and remediate threats to security, performance, availability, and stability to avoid issues, outages, and unplanned downtime, and to ensure the environment is operating optimally.
The interns main focus for the last couple of weeks has been data analysis & aggregation of Insights rule statistics and metrics, helping me, as a PM for Insights, driving further product improvements.
Expected project outcome: There’s already a tangible outcome of Petr’s work that I’m using to drive discussion with various RHEL and MBU stakeholders around Insights rules – he will continue working on this for RHEL, once finished, he will help the CCX team with similar dashboard for OpenShift.
Red Hat Intern: Petr Šilling
