Brett Niver

Senior Engineering Manager/Ceph Engineering

Brett Niver started his career in technology at Eastman Kodak working on digital imaging. In the early 90s, he designed and built manufacturing equipment for the worlds largest circuit-breaker manufacturers. In the mid-90s, he worked at Data General developing wireless hand-helds and routers. In the 2000s, Brett worked at EMC, in 2009, winning the President’s Award for significantly contributing to the EMC VMAX architecture. At Red Hat, Brett runs the Ceph Engineering team.
