Although a lot of customers know Red Hat for our stable and secure Linux operating system, most are not aware that Red Hat is a partner in the AI/ML space. Therefore, while a good number of our customers are already in their journey towards automating their processes with AI, they are most likely to reach out to their RH account executives when experiencing challenges with deploying their models into production. We have identified this is a big opportunity to position our container and Kubernetes platform to the data science persona. Therefore, in order to equip our sales team with information on how to respond to any customer queries as well as communicate the value of RH products for AI/ML, my project involved creating both internal (AI/ML Sales Kit) and external (AI/ML on OpenShift webpage) facing content.
