Emine is a PhD candidate in the Department of Computer Science at Boston University (BU). At BU, she is working with Prof. Orran Krieger. She is a member of the Systems Research Group at BU and associated with Mass Open Cloud (MOC).
Emine’s research interests lie broadly in cloud computing, storage systems, distributed systems and large scale data analytics systems. Currently, her research is focused on designing and building cache architectures for big data analytics in data centers, and evaluating the performance characteristic of coded storage systems.
